Responsibilities:
This role reports to
the Country Manager of Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for
managing the performance of each team member and training them, ensuring
maximized productivity and results.
- Develop a Pro-active sales plan and manage the sales pipeline of the sales
team.
- P&L management
- Drives revenue for Regus by effectively and consistently ensuring the sales
team is selling all products and services at competitive prices while
maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Must ensure that the team meets and exceeds production and activity targets.
- Provide daily leadership, communicate strategic direction and manage the
execution of the sales team.
- Manage the renewal of existing accounts - process and strategy in order to
meet exceed retention targets.
- Client management dealing with any escalated customer issues.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified
with 10-15 years of work experience, with at least 7 years as a sales manager
or director level role
- Commercial minded Sales leader with a corporate sales force in a B2B sales
environment.
- Experienced developing, coaching and managing a high-performing sales team in
a competitive and result driven environment.
- Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to
network at high level and build strong business relationships
- Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills.
- Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and
calm in high pressure or continually changing situations .
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel &
PowerPoint.
- Excellent
communication skills.
