My client is a fast growing global
financial services organisation. Due to recent expansion, they are now
looking for a HR Manager to join their operation in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The company has acquired a
business with 1000 headcount in Jakarta and the main task of this HR Manager
will be to assist with the integration of these two organisations. Previous
experience in Mergers and Acquisitions would be a distinctive advantage but
it is not essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity
for a HR Generalist with no more than 3 to 5 years experience in global
companies working within large HR teams. You must able to deal with policies,
procedures, contracts and other employment matters and have a background in
Financial Services or any other service related sectors, to be a part of this
strong brand. You will also assist with the delivery of operational
support/guidance to Line Managers and individual employees in areas such as
organisational change management, employee relations, job design, performance
management, remuneration and benefits, job evaluation, compliance, employee
development and succession planning
A degree holder with excellent
written and oral English language skills, you must have strong internal
client focus and the ability to build and maintain effective working
relationships with all levels of employees including senior management.
