Responsibilities:
·
Oversee the daily
performance of computer systems through ticketing software.
·
Answer user inquiries
regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems or
escalating request to the correct person for follow up.
·
Enter commands and
observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
·
Maintain records of
daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or
installation activities.
·
Perform basic
trouble-shooting or problem solving based on the user request.
Requirements:
·
Male or Female,
maximum 30 years old.
·
Minimum Bachelor
Degree, Computer of Information Technology or equivalent.
·
Minimum experience 1
year in the same position (fresh graduated are welcome).
·
Having good knowledge
in database software, computer hardware and software, including applications
and programming.
·
Able to work as a
team, strong Initiative and Personal Drive.
